Beautiful spacious apartment right in the centre of Harrogate. Comfortable with all amenities you could need.

Would have been nice to have had a pint of milk or even sachets for morning.

Good location

Our 3-night holiday got off to a disastrous start and never recovered. We spent the first two hours of our stay trying to resolve multiple issues, and the second day chasing up problems. Definitely not how you want to spend your holiday. Major Issues: No working shower for the first 24 hours. The property advertises 2.5 bathrooms, but none worked as intended: The main bathroom is a show pony. The hot water runs cold after two minutes, making the bath unusable. The shower above the bath has no screen or curtain, so water goes everywhere, leaving a damp, mouldy smell. The second bathroom had no water to the shower for the first day. It wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon. The third toilet was blocked on first use. Safety concerns: The stairwell light is on a timer that switches off before you reach the bottom. My elderly mother fell down the steps when the light turned off mid-descent. Terrible property support: I rang the provided number three times with no answer. I finally messaged through Booking.com and got a callback after over an hour. The staff member was dismissive, unhelpfully suggesting I should know how to bleed a boiler and prime a radiator – at 9pm on the first night of our holiday. She said she’d call back in 10 minutes, but never did. I had to chase her up multiple times. Management’s response: Dismissive and quick to shift the blame to me for not "following up" further – despite the fact that I had already spent hours trying to fix things. All the issues I encountered had already been mentioned in previous reviews, so clearly nothing has been addressed. Bottom line: Every issue reported in earlier reviews happened to us too. Don’t book this property if working bathrooms, responsive support, and basic safety are important to you.

Lovely apartment and grate location.

The apartment was really lovely. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was warm, cosy, very clean and comfortable

The apartment was lovely and great location! And very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. A few problems; there was no parking space for us when we arrived - I did call them but they said there was nothing they can do. The shower also broke on the 2nd day of our 3 day trip, luckily there is another shower within the bath. The apartment was clean but was thick with dust in some spaces. Other than that the apartment was great and would stay again.

Apartment is excellent! Couldn’t fault it. Modern, and very clean. Only a 5 minute walk to centre of town. Only downside is another car was parked in the advertised allocated ‘F1’ space the whole time we were there., despite leaving a polite note. We parked in the available ‘F3’ space but got a polite request to move our car by the renters of Flat 3 ( quite rightly). Did call the office about this matter and another car blocking us in but nothing happened as a result of it.
