"Convenient and comfortable (if you're not tall!)"

Location was quiet and fairly easy to find (keep going!) Room was clean and well serviced with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. The bed has an electric blanket and good lighting for reading

The bed is 4'6" which we struggle to fit in (tall people) we didn't read this before booking. Bathroom is also very compact. The steps down from the car parking are steep and it took us a while in the dark to find the light switch in the middle of the room. A lamp left on would have helped.

"Lovely little place"

The location was excellent.the bed was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our weekend stay

There was a few cobwebs behind the bed and in the corner of the room

Nigel and Rosie were there if we needed anything but gave us our space the place was beautiful and was comfy came with coffee and tea and even a pint of milk the garden was absolutely beautiful and wild a truly amazing place to stay for a quiet weekend break

Peaceful location at end of cul-de-sac, comfortable, spotlessly clean and helpful host. Less than a ten minute stroll down into the centre of town, bus station, restaurants, Sid's cafe, last of the summer wine exibits etc.
