Lovely location great views from apartment. Lovely and clean and comfortable. Lovely touch with milk, tea, coffee and cereal provided on arrival.

The steps down .... wouldnt suit someone with a disability. But they werent a problem for me there was ample lighting.

Lovely hosts, very friendly. Very peaceful surroundings. It was a very nice room and very clean.

Although it was a very warm couple of days we did find the room at little cool in the evening. I could imagine it being too cold in the autumn/ winter months. I struggled a little with the steps down to it as I have trouble with my knees. But I know it can’t be helped as it’s a basement property. It was a little bit further away from the main part of Holmfirth than we thought. Which wouldn’t have mattered but we walked to it in the evening.

The location was great. Quiet but only a short walk into town
