Convenient location, clean and spacious

The noise insulation isn’t that good

The apartment is very clean and location is good.

Parking nearest to the apartment has limited lots.

The location is just 5 minutes walk to Tenmonkan, a busy shopping area but the venue would not be too noisy. The service is good. I have placed a order online and the counter kept it properly for me.

Its so complete, everything required for our short stay is provided for that we dont need to run to nearby store to get. Space is spacious and facilities are great

On the booking,the unit no need to be made clear in communication. We were trying to open another unit labelled as Perch and couldnt and suddenly the resident open the door and showed us the unit we were supposed to stay in. And that unit did not have the word Perch on it.

Customer service is magnificent! Very helpful and friendly and timely response with different requests☺️ The place is very spacious, neat, clean and considerate. The location is good, walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants and convenient store. Parking around the area has many choices. Price is reasonable. We will definitely be back if we come to Kagoshima next time☺️

Big and spacious. Like the location as it is at the center of Kagoshima.

The toilet bowl's water will overflow sometimes and flood the toilet. Need to use the plunger to unclog the toilet

It was a little complicated about the automated key system

Smart modern and well equipped flat. Everything you could need in the kitchen - and a short walk to many great restaurants. Comfortable beds (+ one futon), nice bathroom, washer and dryer.

A little difficult to find the actual building and local parking lots were something of a lottery. Once used to it, no problem.
