"Wonderful stay, hospitable host."

Enjoyed the space. The host provided the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel. It was a wonderful stay for a family with young children. Host checked in with us everyday to ensure everything was alright, in case we needed help of any kind.

"Comfortable, warm and great location"

We stayed 5 days including a bicycle ride around the volcano. We found that the Perch apartment suited our needs. Roomy, clean, warm with comfortable futons as well as light filled atmosphere. Location was perfect
