Royal Bolthole

Comfortable apartment, fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi. Very Clean. Near the historic center within walking distance of the Royal Mile. Some great breakfast options nearby. Host was easy to work with and made a number of recommendations.

There is a back patio but could not figure out how to access. Probably would have helped if i asked the host. We were very busy exploring, so it wasn't of high importance.

Apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean and better than the photos

Needs a constant hot water supply. Paying the money you are- we shouldn't be limited to specific times you have a good supply of hot water. There were 4 of us and it wasnt enough for 4 showers on 2 occasions

WiFi signal was little weak until I asked the host and he told me to keep the door open of the space where the router was placed. Secondly, there were no disposable slippers for use within the accommodation. Lastly, the TV screen size could have been larger; it was too small for that space.

Really stylish spacious and comfortable air bnb, 5 mins walk fro Carlton Hill and the St James quarter. Made a great base for a rugby weekend.

Klein verbeterpunt koffie was niet erg lekker en er was te weinig.

The apartment is very cosy, nicely decorated and well laid out. Quiet location approximately 20 minutes walk from the old town.

The bed in the bedroom without en-suite was not comfortable at all. The mattress was awful and squeaked at the slightest movement. When my husband turned I woke up and vice versa. The apartment was very cold at times, especially the floor as it is a basement apartment.
