LICENSED SHORT TERM LET PROPERTY Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive. Please note that all rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment on or before departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit. Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them. Maximum number of two guests staying at the property must not be exceeded. Please be advised that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Visitor Levy (Edinburgh)
 In accordance with legislation introduced by the City of Edinburgh Council, a visitor levy applies to overnight stays in Edinburgh for check in dates on or after 24th July 2026. We confirm that this levy is absorbed by our business and is not charged as an additional fee to guests. All prices displayed on our website and during the booking process are inclusive of the visitor levy where applicable. The levy may not be shown as a separate line item on your booking confirmation or invoice. Should the rate or application of the visitor levy change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. 1. The visitor levy is subject to ongoing regulatory guidance and may change in scope or rate. 2. No additional payment relating to the visitor levy will be requested after booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Alt i alt et fint ophold"

Sengen var dejlig, selvom den ikke var så stor. Dejlig bruser. Kort afstand til lille købmand og spisesteder. Sjovt sted med fin indretning

Ingen elevator. Vinduer kunne ikke åbnes. Massiv gadestøj (og måger!). For få håndklæder, viskestykker og karklud til uges ophold. Der var ingen ekstra affaldsposer.

The location was fantastic – just a short walk from the airport shuttle stop, and all the best sights were within easy walking distance. Plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. The apartment itself was cosy and comfortable.

I could barely rinse my short, fine hair under the shower – even after trying all three settings on the shower head, the water pressure remained weak and the flow too low on each one. Anyone with longer hair would’ve struggled. The price also felt steep to me: €160 per night in low season seems quite high, though maybe that’s the norm in Edinburgh. It certainly isn’t where I come from. I also wasn’t a fan of the check-out time being as early as 10 AM, with check-in only from 3 PM – a five-hour cleaning window feels unusually long to me, even if it's clearly stated in advance.

Super convenient to the Royal Mile, great pubs and restaurants (including Rock Salt) extremely close. Cozy apartment with classic decor.

All of it, especially all the little extras re shampoo conditioner shower gel, toilet rolls. Porridge, milk, butter, oil, eggs everything you needed for a weekend without adding cost. Special touches chocolate and prosecco. Apartment spotless, looked newly redecorated. Have already recommended to family and friends. Bed comfortable, my husband would like to know where to purchase the pillows and duvet 😆
