Loved the location and the views were amazing. Very close to shops, restaurants and the heart of Edinburgh. The property was spacious and very clean and quiet. Loved our stay.

The stairs up to the apartment were a bit of a challenge with luggage but we managed.

Very spacious apartment and very well furnished and equipped. Comfortable beds and nice touches - toiletries, etc Easy access to the property High quality TV and wifi. Very good location, close to all sights. Modern kitchen

Overall, we were more than satisfied but:- Very small bath towels! Heating system was not set properly when we arrived - the radiator thermostat on the boiler had been turned off so the apartment was freezing! Washing machine door was broken and had been left on the side with a note

Had everything we needed well nearly everything.

The amount of steps you had to climb to get to your apartment. Would of been nice to have somewhere in the entrance to lock your luggage away if you arrive early or on departing leave your luggage locked up for a couple of hours after check out time.

Location was excellent and bedrooms were quiet. Living areas were lovely.

The sink in the main bathroom was not draining away properly and was un-useable. We had to brush teeth and wash in the bath or kitchen sink or share the en suite. For 6 people this was a real pain. I contacted the owner on Day 1 of our stay but there was no response.

Very nice, comfortable and quiet place in the very heart of Edimburg . We recommand !
