Al check out abbiamo lasciato le chiavi di casa nella cassetta, cosí come c’erano state consegnate; ci è stato segnalato dalla struttura dopo qualche giorno che avrebbero trattenuto il deposito cauzionale perché le chiavi risultavano piegate (cosa non vera!!). Dopo aver contattato booking per descrivere la problematica, a distanza di 2 settimane ci è stata restituita solo parte della cauzione. Aggiungo che non ci sono state fornite prove delle chiavi “piegate”. Inoltre: pressione dell’acqua del bagno quasi nulla, usciva solo un “filo” di acqua con cui era impossibile lavarsi. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il lavandino della cucina per lavarci i denti e il viso e anche lí la pressione dell’acqua era bassissima, in particolare quella dell’acqua calda. Abbiamo avuto anche problemi con la doccia, non siamo riuscite ad utilizzarla fino a quando, chiedendo alla proprietaria, ci è stato spiegato come utilizzarla (sarebbe stato utile saperlo subito). Moquette sporca.

Location was EXCELLENT!! Right at the foot of Edinburgh castle, literally a 15/20 stroll to the castle entrance. The apartment was easy to find, and access was very simple with the codes and information provided. The host, although had advised that we wouldn't be able to gain early access actually contacted me to tell me that the apartment was ready slightly early after all so that thought and extra step was nice to see. Some basics in the cupboard (possibly left from earlier guests but nice none the less)

The water pressure in general was very poor, both hot and cold in the bathroom and also the hot in the kitchenette, we couldn't really brush our teeth in the bathroom due to the water pressure but also the drainage in the basin. The apartment is tired with marks on the walls, flaky & mould stained window frames (single glazed so they condensate a lot!) and some damages throughout.

Location was great, apartment was clean, had everything we could need.

Location is ideal for central Edinburgh! 3 cafes across the road for breakfast but also do take outs, and a Sainsbury’s 2 min walk!! Flat was such an amazing suprise the bed is massive and the bedroom is big and super comfy! Now for a flat in a city I was not expecting what we had ! The bathroom has a shower and great size sink, toilet roll and towels and shower gel was even provided! Sofa bed is like a real big bed a real good suprise this isn’t a cheap flimsy thing, the kitchen even had tea coffe and sugar - it’s lovely to of had this and we purchased more and left ours their for the next guests ! Loads of cleaning items so you can tidy up after yourself! I would a million percent stay here in this flat again ! Everything about it was just great for a city location and flat I’m so happy I found you guys !!
