Secure building with lovely views and very close to amenities

No lifts to apartment. That's about it

Location in Old Town.

Very old building, needs renovating, plumbing repairs, cleaning, worn and stained carpets. Needs Clean cups! Needs clean windows. It's very small. Sheer drop down 5 stores from outside the old sash windows.

Location was amazing!! Apartment itself was a little tired and could do with some upgrading

great location and lovely warm apartment. had everything we needed for our stay. apartment was clean and cozy. amazing views of the castle . great support and print response from management company

nothing really, lots of steps but that was more the building. very secure gated block and quiet.

this was a lovely stay in Edinburgh in a good location just off grass market.

The location is spot on, really close to everything and an amazing view of the castle! It was a really cosy apartment. The beds were quite comfy too. Ideal for a couple of nights.

Unfortunately, when we first arrive there was a distinct smell of dog and maybe a little smoke. We rolled up the carpet in the living and the smell seemed to have subsided. I think because of the smell the apartment didn’t feel overly clean.

the condition of the property was not up to price and expectations leaving us overall disappointed with the place
