Perfect location in the center of New Town. Close to the tram stop and Waverly Station. Close to St James Quarter shopping mall. Easy walking distance to popular museums, cafes and restaurants in New Town. Apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room. Reasonably equipped kitchen. Big plus of having a washing machine/dryer in the flat. Recently renovated building. Apartment on the top floor, hence a few steep staircases (not suitable for people with mobility issues).

A proper stand for drying the clothes would have been useful.

The location is awesome! It’s a few steps from bus station where the highland day tour group meets. Very close to train station as well. Right next to a mall with lots of food selection. The full kitchen allowed us to cook during the stay. It’s cozy and comfortable and has everything we need.
