"Beautiful, charming apartment in a lovely area of the city ."

Gorgeous place which felt homely and comfortable. The team were very responsive when we had queries. Loved the location as it was close to great spots in New Town but felt peaceful. The walk to the old town was easy and enjoyable. It was also easy to get a taxi from the apartment when we needed one.

The lockbox wouldn’t lock on check out which was a bit stressful as we had to leave for our train. This is nobodies fault and it looked as though the mechanism had gotten stuck somehow. The team were responsive when we let them know about this. It was a little cold in the apartment at times and a few extra blankets/throws would have been good to have had.

我不满意的是： 4个人只有一张双人床，之前要求的沙发床并没有提供，其中两个人都要睡沙发上，而且还不够被子，被子只有两张，最后要三个人一起睡在一张双人床上，一整晚都没有睡好觉， 太拥挤！而且价格还比其他公司贵出100多磅！以后也不会再来了！

"Stylish character flat close to centre"

Beautiful flat, comfy beds and sofas, fantastic location close to the centre but quiet. The fold down bed in the living room was easy to use and the room was so big that it could still be used as a living room. Liked that they left us some dishwasher tabs and bin bags, teabags, coffee and sugar. Lots of attention paid to the details eg hooks in the bathroom for towels. Plenty of space in drawers and wardrobe to put my clothes away.

I didn't notice, having booked for 4 people, that we had to pay £27 extra for bedlinen for the fold down bed. Not all the pans worked with the induction hob, and the WiFi instructions were wrong but we found the router - the owners can easily fix these minor issues.
