The property was spotless. It was well equipped and comfortable and was in an excellent location. It was easy to find places to eat and shop and the folder provided had some great recommendations for both. We loved having the option to cater breakfast ourselves and to sit and play games in the evenings.

-The stairs…. Dragging bags up was a pain but it was probably good to work off the good we’d eaten! -It was also tricky to drop off when we arrived. We didn’t realise that stopping a car outside would be a problem and we couldn’t go round to the garage until we had picked up the remote from inside the property. We worked it all out, and maybe there was advice we missed saying to park on Charlotte Square (which is what we did after twice round the city!) and sort out the keys before sorting out the car. -The main bathroom sink didn’t drain properly: It probably needs a plumber.

Great central location. Large and spacious.

67 stairs to reach the front door!! Hot water heater is problematic and I see reviews for months stating it is an issue. Also slow draining bathroom sink long unaddressed

"Fantastic place to stay"

Location was brilliant. At the end of Rose Street. Beautiful apartment with high speck finish. Would highly recommend staying here.

The stairs are a challenge but definitely worth the effort.

Great space with the kitchen diner on one floor and tv and reading space upstairs. Bedrooms are well proportioned and so comfortable.

Lots of stairs - but needed the exercise after dining at Edinburgh’s finest!
