Edinburgh Deluxe Duplex with Garage

Hosts were absolutely brilliant. Allowed us to store luggage when they didnt need to and could quite easily have charged us. The apartment itself was much larger than expected and easily suited our needs. Perfect location, lovely rooms, very nice kitchen facilities.

Unfortunately, we did have trouble with the WiFi when we first entered the apartment but we soon fixed it ourselves. The biggest problem was the heating/boiler. The heating was broken and the hive controller did not function at all meaning the heating was stuck at extremely high temperatures which became unbearable at times. It also led to on the 2nd morning of our stay waking up to the boiler reaching thermal overload and tripping multiple times. This meant we lost all heating and hot water to the showers. Unfortunate after such positives as mentioned above.

Great location. Free parking. Rooms were really big and comfortable beds. The duplex living room was great. Overall highly recommended

3rd floor location ( though we knew it but in reality was a bit of climb with a toddler). The toilet wash basin seemed to be clogged as water drained very slowly

We had a lovely time here - the place is amazing and located in the heart of Edinburgh. Definitely recommend and would book again

Great location, roomy, clean and a good well equipped kitchen.

Only slight downside was the 3 flights of stairs to get to the property on the third floor.

Clean and spacious and central location just off main Princes street, also with personal garage.

Hot water was not working properly so we had to struggle to shower especially for my kids.

Location, lovely apartment, upstairs living area.
