"Superb"

Great space, especially liked the upstairs living area which was lovely for spending time in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable, welcome pack including milk and fresh fruit etc was lovely. Amazing location, couldn’t get much better! Very easy check in with lockbox.

The property is on the top floor, this wasn’t a problem for us however there are lots of stairs so might not be suitable for all travellers. Having a couple of extra hangers in the rooms would’ve been good for hanging up clothes. However, these are very minor points, overall the property is excellent!

"Brilliant apartment, but lacking in the support during stay"

The apartment is brilliantly located, close to the all amenities and transport links. The apartment itself is beautifully presented with a well stocked kitchen. We didn’t use the lounge upstairs as the living kitchen was sufficient. Communication before the visit was excellent

Communication was not great during the stay. The hot water went off some time during our first night. I texted immediately that I found out but heard nothing. We decided to reset the boiler ourselves and thankfully it worked so let them know. When we got back it had happened again so we reset again and I immediately texted to let the land lord know. It was almost 24 hours before I heard from him. If we had been unable to fix the issue ourselves, it would have been a problem.

Instructions for arrival and departure excellent. Beautiful flat with great facilities. Perfect position for the centre of Edinburgh and wonderful local restaraunts/cafes for brunch and dinner. Walking distance to murrayfield. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Good parking facility - although a bit tight. Good facilities. Comfortable.

A few maintenance issues; e.g. cracks in basin (en suite), some lights don't work or flickering.

We felt very welcomed to the property! The owner was very accommodating and helped us out when we really needed it which made a huge impact on our stay. Street noise was minimal and security was fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Everything was thought out and we have nothing to comment on that we did not like.
