Location is fantastic. If you have a car, it is great to be able to keep it locked up on the property. This is probably quite unusual for such a central CBD property.

The wifi was very slow and the management non-responsive when I contacted them about it on the numbers provided in the welcome pack. A number of the light switches are faulty and therefore the halogen lights flash if dimmed. And finally, with hot water boiler alarm goes off randomly which can be quite disconcerting and you don’t know how to turn it off. The hot water boiler issue happened on the last night of our stay and because the management team had been non-responsive about the WiFi two days earlier, we just left it for the next guest to enjoy! Just to note that the apartment is on the third floor, so if you do have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a good work out as there are no lifts.

Great location, clean & comfortable. Plenty of room for all guests. Plenty of cafes & restaurants close by.

There are many stairs to get to the apartment so pack light or have someone strong with you.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

It was slightly awkward having to get into the flat in order to pick up the garage zipper before parking in the garage, as there was no easy parking nearby.

Location excellent Appreciated welcome snacks

Only downside was having to cart luggage up 3 flights of stairs.. but everything else made up for this inconvenience.

Beautifully decorated, great space, everything we needed and some thoughtful extras (flowers fruit, shortbread, milk coffee etc) Great communication and ease of check in

Nothing, it is up 4 flights of stairs but no issues for us.
