The property was excellent. Great location, clean facilities, clean linen and ample cooking facilities. Excellent communication in the week leading up to our stay and super responsive & helpful with any issues prior to or during stay.

It was quite dark as it is a basement apartment.

Basement apartment with steep steps going down. A few maintenance issues need sorting like loose floor tiles in the bathroom.

Could have been better if the washing machine is cleaner and that it wasn't in the basement.

Ideal location with everything you could need. Very powerful rain head showers; always a bonus. Comfortable communal area and bedrooms. Located in a very central location.

There were a few slats missing from the blinds in one of the bedrooms. Instructions on heating system could have been provided, nothing major and did not detract from our stay. Would definitely stay again.
