Spotlessly clean. Fantastic bathrooms and 1 minute walk to the Royal Mile.

Everything, it was amazing!! Michelle was so lovely, would highly recommend to anyone and would also stay again

The washer and dryer was broken and that was a big part of the reason we booked this apartment

Property was right in the middle of town so easy access to everything

We were given the incorrect access code to the premises so this delayed our access but Michelle was quick to remedy this

This property is at a great location. Its just on side of Royal Mile. All tourist destinations are within walking range. You can enjoy pubs and restaurants from this location. Apartment had all amenities.

Situated right by the Royal Mile and an easy to walk to the Old Town and New Town of Edinburgh. The apartment was a hidden gem in the basement with lovely modern decor and bright and clean, lots of restaurants, bars and shops to walk around without going too far. Bus Tour was good and also the Dungeons and Vaults as lots of history!

We we’re very lucky with the weather as it didn’t rain but it was very cold! Wrapped up so it wasn’t a problem and would visit again and still lots to see! Some of the facilities in the apartment needed upgrading like the shower leaked which was quite dangerous and hazardous ⚠️ needs resealing May be in the door and also the casing for the toilet flush came off a few times when you flushed the loo!

very well located, just next to Royal Mile, close to nice restos and bars, great quality apartment, easy to access with code, very well equipped even with small amenities (like coffee capsules), ..
