Ice Cream Suite

The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was very well set out . We were a family of 4 adults and there was enough space for all. The location was amazing walking distance to everything. Ivy was a fantastic host . Great communication .

Perfect location! Within walking distance of the royal mile which was ideal. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Fully stocked kitchen if you decided to eat in. Multiple shops just around the corner. The host was very pleasant and provided information and was easy to contact.

There was not anything I didn’t like. The only thing we would recommend is having some extra blankets at hand if needed.

Great location to explore Edinburgh on foot from, very clean, comfortable beds. We used a large free car park at Sheriffhall and the 33 bus to St Patrick Square 2 min walk to Ice Cream Suite

Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfy.

The shower wasn’t great. The water pressure was was very poor. And either roasting hot or cold.

Each room had its own bathroom. Washing machine available. Cute. Had everything you needed.

Water pressure in the shower could have been stronger but temp great.

A very good location. A quiet street, but easy to walk to all the major sites and attractions. It was an old building so did get cold but there were good and easy to use heaters in each room. Kitchen was well-equipped too, and a nice touch to have some toiletries in the bathrooms.

The shower was slightly difficult to get into for my 70 year old mother as it was rather high up, just a little step would have made all the difference. I also think the TV set up could do with an update (particularly with how cheap it is these days) - it was precariously attached to the wall so that you could not really see it from any seats, and if you moved it it felt like it would fall. There were also no TV accounts, so we had to log in to ours (and then forgot to log out!)

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The Royal Mile is an easy walk too. Ivy is a wonderful host, who provided suggestions for car parking. I would definitely stay here again
