Ice Cream Suite

It was much bigger than what I expected. It was in a great location if travelling for fringe festival, you are far enough away for some peace a quiet. You do get the odd person walking past the front of the property in the evening and morning but that’s it!

New property

15 mins walk into the Royal Mile, 2 bedrooms with en-suites allowed us to drop off our bags in the morning as we arrived early.

Showers not great and the one in bedroom 2 very high off the floor so difficult to get out of

Location and quietness of suite

The ensuite bathroom left a lot to be desired. The step into the shower was 30cm high. We considered it to be a safety hazard. Gap between floor tiles and skirting, paintwork needs redoing. Water was ridiculously hot. The shower could not be adjusted as it was held up by parcel tape, grouting all mouldy, door handle broken. Towel like sandpaper with holes in it. lack of instructions on TV. Insufficient cutlery for 4 people. No response to initial call to contact person .

Beautiful rooms, lovely colour scheme , relaxing, nice high ceilings., and cornice, good location , 20 mins walk to Royal Mile, nice and quiet by night, beds very comfy

Volume on TV couldnt be lowered so didnt use. Keybox extremely lowdown!!! Would have loved milk in fridge on arrival as it was a very very cold evening
