Spacious and comfortable room and kitchen/ lounge area, and bathroom and kitchen was very clean too with kettle and toaster which was appreciated :) The host was very responsive and friendly over message when needed ! Thanks for having us.

It was excellent and it comes highly recommended. It was cosy, clean, with all mod cons such as washing machine facilities and a dishwasher. I was most impressed. Well done for an excellent service.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

The Location was very good, next to the bus station and just a few minutes to the train station. Nice Restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was oka equipped..

It was not that well cleaned, we complained about it. The shower did not work on the first day, they found a solution the next morning and fixed it..But the shower had no pressure. It felt like showering with raindrops, so it was not really possible for my wife to wash her hair

What a wonderful holiday apartment! I was so glad to be able to find a place to stay over Christmas and a reasonable price and then was thrilled when we arrived to the cosiest little flat! The hosts were easy to reach if any issues arose, and very welcoming! The kitchenette was modern and kitted out with all the equipment we'd need (and a small dishwasher, which I was very grateful for!). The rest of the Lounge was comfortable and had plenty of seating available, the hosts had even decorated a Christmas tree for us which my son was thrilled about! The bathroom was lovely, great water pressure in the shower, a heated towel rail is always a bonus and the toilet paper bow on the roll was beyond exciting for a 7yo! The bedroom was gorgeous! Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space, complete with an iron and ironing board. The bed was massive and so comfy, best night's sleep I've had in ages! 5 minute walk to the beach, 6 minute walk to the train station, a folder on the TV stand full of restaurant and activity suggestions. Perfection Overall, I can't think of a single reason this won't be my first choice of holiday lodgings when we next come up to visit family

Perfect location to explore Kirkcaldy. Warm, comfortable and easily accessible accommodation. Beautiful decor and well maintained.

Parking was difficult but that’s the same in every town these days.

Location parking and the apartment met our needs. Kirkcaldy is a great place for a station as you visit the wonders of Scotland. Walkable city with some good restaurants near the apartment. Good place for those who want to do castle touring

Excellent location for the purpose of our visit.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Two young grandchildren found the mattress extremely uncomfortable and we had booked for three nights. I have noticed other reviewers complained about the sofa bed and had assumed that their complaints would have been taken onboard. It would appear that the reviewers opinions are going unnoticed!
