Great location and and light spacious accommodation

Shower didn’t work in main bathroom and could do with a re-paint throughout

Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms making it easy for guests. Great location - couldn’t be better.

It was very sparsely decorated and the sofa was in need of replacing.

Central location for access to everything in Guildford Town Centre

broken shower door, shower head fell down, lift broken, sticky floor, no soap in bathroom. someone had saved a very rude work on Netflix’s account.

Great airy apartment, very central to Guildford and just off the main street. Apartment is located on a quiet street away from the main hustle and bustle of the town - but it's only a ten minute walk to the train station and five minute walk to the bus station, with lots of shopping and food options on your doorstep. Apartment was very clean and great facilities - Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and beds and sofas were in great condition Check-in was easy with the owners sending us communication via whatsapp on how to locate the key and enter the building. Check-out was also done over whatsapp which was all seamless

The only thing comes to mind was that we had to ring twice to get details of how to get into the apartment - perhaps texting the details ahead of having to make a call would put people checking in at a little more ease - but this is a very minor issue, overall our stay was fab.

The property is centrally located close to rail and bus stations, CBD, shops and pubs. The unit, once we finally got in, was clean, spacious and comfortable.

This property suffers from poor management. The address given in the booking confirmation - Blue Sky Apartments, The Bars, Guildford is wrong; we received no separate instructions on how to get to the site; once finally there they gave us the wrong combination for the key box and cleaning products were not provided contrary to the advice in the booking confirmation. It turns out Blue Sky Apartments is not the name of the building, but the managing agents and the building is not in The Bars. In a series of telephone calls the agents seemed unaware of what was in either the booking.com listing or confirmation and were defensive when I spoke to them. The correct address is Westyne House, Haydon Place, Guildford.

There is not reception at the property And nobody comes to meet you So you make your self check-in If you are not familiar with the area and the property it is a confusing process Beds sizes are small for two person.
