Moved to the new property hours before we were suppose to check in. Promised a £60 refund due to poor location compared to the property we booked. Even with the refund we would having being paying more than new property advertised at. Not responded to any messages about problems in flat and proposed refund!

Front door broken and unsafe. Black mould in shower enclosures and shower heads, toilets didn’t flush effectively and seats broken, dirty floors and skirting board, window handles missing.

Great location. All you need for a couple of days stay. The boiler was tempermental, but using the app, the owners offered a solution almost immediately. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Would've liked details on how to do the recycling (minor point though)

We used the apartment for day trips to London, which was very convinient, as it is in walking distance to Guildford railway station and has frequent connection to Waterloo. Close to supermarket and restaurants and Guildford city centre as well. The apartment is nice and had definately enough space for the three of us, the kitchen is quite large and there are two (!) bathrooms.

The equipment is a bit minimalistic ( e.g.where to hang your towels in the bathroom? There is a dishwasher, but not too much cutlery), but it works well for just being on holidays. We missed some instructions, e.g. where to put the garbage? (There is no-one to ask, and no written hints either) ... but all in all, not much complain :-)

Small bed for 2 persons not at all handsoap, not enough shampoo.

Great location, good ameneties, new and fresh deco and furniture

The beds are very comfortable but way too narrow for two adults to fit comfortably. The room sizes are generous so this is something I would change.

Certain things weren’t there such as baking tray and dish washer tablets

The property is in a great location and comes with a par space which is an added bonus.

The property needed a good deep clean. Lots of dust on skirting and on radiators. Missing basic items such as oven gloves, scissors, oven shelf that actually fits the oven!
