Great proximity to centre. Perfect for a group of girls staying together.

Smell of drains. Would have liked some pots/sachets of milk for the tea and coffee

"Excellent clean property located in the heart of Harrogate."

Clean and tidy with all facilities we needed for one night.

Not enough sofa/comfortable sitting space for the amount of people. Outside light came on and off all night for no apparent reason.

"A nice place to stay"

The location was good close to the town and right next door to Asda. It was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable.

The parking space wasn’t marked up so if I hadn’t read the reviews I wouldn’t have know where to park. More info about check in from the host would be good and a folder with the Wi-Fi and heating info is needed.

"Nice location, not a large enough living space, clean and well presented."

Clean, good sized bedrooms.

The settee isn’t big enough for how many people can stay and it’s in a strange location facing the tv. The living area is a lot smaller than the bedroom area. Not enough big spoons, no toilet paper when we arrived, security light keeps coming on randomly.
