Excellent, very clean, and very safe hotel. Nice swimming pool and nothing to complain about whatsoever. 2 mile walk to the beach however easy to split the walk into 2 or 3 wee chunks. Mackbear Hurma is a very acceptable coffee shop. Staff attentive and friendly (not much English spoken) Quiet area, tremendous for a family break away

Too.many cigarettes ends on beach

La propreté, le confort, la piscine, l'ascenseur , la kitchenette, draps et serviettes disponibles à volonté, Migros à 50 m, le personnel à l'écoute et serviable.

Le personnel manque un peu de convivialité et de bonne humeur, néanmoins efficace. Le papier toilette n'est pas disponible à volonté, on nous a invité à en acheter nous-mêmes. Fuite d'eau du split du climatiseur qui n'a jamais été réparé. Les appartements sont mal insonorisés. La piscine, fermée le soir. Manque : micro-ondes, toaster et vaisselle insuffisante (appartement 5 personnes). Les volets roulants défectueux (très désagréable le matin comme le soir). Le réceptionniste de nuit ne comprend et ne parle que le turc. Négligence dans l'entretien des équipements de l'hôtel.

Appartement très grand ,au calme avec une belle cuisine équipée. Proximité pratique de la superette .

Proximity to beach is very close and. It is close to the airport. Excellent amazing customer service. The general manager Serhat was exceptionally helpful and kind. He answered all our questions and helped us with so many queries we had about Antalya. Serhat is a very very honest and a hardworking kind man - we forgot our money in our apartment and left for the airport. He found it and contacted us promptly to arrange collection of it by another family member who was still in Antalya. This honesty really is something special. The hotel is awesome and clean. The swimming pool is clean. The beds are comfortable and the flats are modern. This is our second time staying here and if I return to Antalya this will be my first choice of place to stay with a family.
