Nice and quiet place to explore from. It has everything you need, a fairly well equipped kitchen (an ovendish was the only thing I’d missed really), and the washing machine with detergent was great. It was also very clean. There’s lots of shops nearby. Not the cheapest option but because of all this I thought it was worth the price.

Not the properties’ fault but it’s not sound proof. You can hear the neighbours on the floor above you walking around all the time. After the first night I got used to it but if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs.

Shopping for food was close, Red bus just down the road and plenty of canal walking and locals ichthyologist seeing to do.

People upstairs were very noisy on the first night, but all quiet next few nights, they need carpet.

It was clean and comfortable and was very well equipped. Plenty of parking spaces to the side of the property.

The outside could be improved the entrance to the property wasn’t inviting but once you were through the main door. It was much better. There was noise from the upstairs apartment but not much you can do about it . If you like to sleep later in the morning there isn’t much chance of that. There were a couple of notices on the walls which had been stuck up with sellotape. It’s a little thing but it’s noticeable in what was otherwise a lovely apartment.

The battery operated clock above the bed the noise was really annoying but the noise from upstairs was even worse. It was nearly all night banging about on the floor.

Location was good and no traffic noise

There was a lot of noise coming from the flat above. They were stomping around and using the bathroom until 1.30am the first night. We had trouble with the front door code on our last day
