Exceptionally clean and one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in whilst away on trips. Parking outside with a decent view of the canal.

As others have side in previous reviews - the upstairs neighbours are very very noisy. Constant walking back and forth across their floors from the moment we arrived. Ceilings need to be lowered! You won’t get much sleep because of this. Standing smoking right at the kitchen window also is rather off putting. The large clock above the bed is also annoying with a constant motor heard when trying to sleep. The traffic is also an issue, will keep you awake.

Great little flat, everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Best of all the location is amazing with the canal just outside for walking along, and shops within just 3 or 4 minutes walk.

Unfortunately what lets this great BnB down is the upstairs neighbours. As many other reviewers have said, they walk very loudly back and forth for hours, up to midnight, then again from just before 4.30am. Not just the odd footsteps, but constant footsteps even running and thumping. This means getting decent sleep is near impossible. Such a shame for an otherwise excellent place.

There is not anything that we didn't like

The room was lovely but the upstairs neighbour was very loud at night by thumping across the room at 3am in the morning and would wake us up almost every night.

Lovely studio apartment. Close to everything we needed. Co-op conveniently next door for all needs.

Upstairs neighbours were very heavy footed and seemed to walk around a lot. But wasn't tooo bad.

Great location, very clean, comfortable & modern and for all the property is on a busy road the traffic noise was barely noticeable.

The problem we had which our hosts can't do anything about is the upstairs neighbour who thumped across the floor late at night and well into the early hours of Sunday morning. Recommend ear plugs.
