Lovely studio flat with very comfortable king size bed and situated in a good location. Well heated room with stylish and good quality furniture and fittings in bedroom and shower room. Free parking available beside the property

Strange odour noted on arrival that remained for the length of our stay but it was tolerable The broadband wifi signal suffered in times of peak demand e.g. Saturday night

The noise from the street and from the upstairs neighbours that were yelling crying fighting all night.

Close to city centre but in quiet area. Very safe and convenient to have own kitchen

Nice and convenient location. Everything we needed for a self catering holiday were there. A freezer would have been useful but the fridge was OK for our purposes.

Mostly, all was OK but noise from the flat above (walking around and some knocking/hammering) was noticeable for a daay or two. Not enough to spoil our stay though.

Studio was immaculately clean, very homely and cozy.vibe. Had everything we needed and location was fab.

Canal works in progress so the parking at times was limited.

Well laid out facilities and very conveniant location.

The noise from the people upstairs was constant. It was like their every move was heard, like a herd of elephants. Some serious sound proofing is needed between floors. They also kept going outside for a cigarette and stood by the kitchen window talking loudly on their phone every hour until late.

It made us felt like a home when we walk in ❤️❤️❤️ very detail host as in all the set up and arrangement made us felt like home ! Thank you !!

Great location, and a very comfortable stay. Fantastic to have free parking right next door as well. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to this part of Scotland.

Cleaning could have been slightly better, but i'm talking only marginally.
