The air conditioning is cold

On arrival no support to where our room was. They pointed to it on the second floor and no key handed to us. The room they pointed to was incorrect. When we found the right room it had no lounge and smelt and was dirty .. see photo We changed rooms to down stairs No discount moving from a double bed room which we booked to single bunk beds - just poor service

We changed our dates because of the weather. We should be staying at this home after our Siquijor trip so my husband can rest before taking our long drive back to BCD. Since all trips were cancelled to Siquijor, we asked the owner if he could accommodate us in advance. Gladly he had many units available. The house we booked was not available at that time but he was able to cater our needs. The rooms costed more than what we paid but he only asked 1000 additional when it should 2k. My brother left his phone but we were able to get it back after our Siquijor trip. Yes, the caretaker is so reliable and honest too. Thanks and will book again with you in the future. Affordable and their terrace is huge which is good ventilation.

The road going to the place is very narrow and not safe due to the construction just next to their gate. Very thin pillow cases. A bit smelly on our 1st day that we have to spray perfume.

We were so at home. Everything that we needed was there. Plus, the bed sheets, towels, etc. were really clean.

I think the kitchen utensils could have been placed in a cleaner dish holder. We sterilized the utensils before using them because the dish holder didn't seem clean during our stay. Other than this, the place was perfect!
