This is a spacious 3rd floor apartment with a large balcony. View towards the mountains was inspiring.

The place has enormous potential. They need to upgrade the kitchen set up: Only one burner on the stove was working, there were no drinking glasses, spatula, sauce pan. In general there was very little staff support. The manager sleeps late in the morning, not very responsive. The way in to the property is a rough dirt road, very hard to find after dark, and it feeds into a crazy intersection where traffic whizzes by dangerously.

The property was clean and neat when we came. The surroundings were quiet which made it even more comfortable for me and my friends.

The road leading to the property is bumpy (and muddy during our visit) and poorly lit at night. It’s not suitable for small groups or couples without transportation, especially those unfamiliar with the city. Although Grab is available in the area, it’s not advisable to rely on it too much these days. Another issue is the lack of customer service from the caretakers. We called them multiple times for help with directions since the property is far from the highway. The lady I spoke with was rude and showed no empathy. She sounded irritated every time I reached out for assistance. When we finally arrived, I found out she had been either watching something or playing on her phone. Additionally, one of the caretakers attempted to enter our unit without permission. I don’t know her true intentions since she didn’t even knock. She might have been trying to take a peek (for what reason?) or genuinely intended to come inside. Kindly provide customer service training to your employees, as their current behavior is far from approachable.

The rooms are air-conditioned & clean, it has hot & cold shower, it has dining area & little kitchenette & a sala. It was worth of your money naman kasi affordable na sya for 2 nights & 3 days 🙂

The wifi and the TV are not functioning, the sky cable has no load so as the wifi. ☹️
