Value for money.

Blankets and Towels are very thin. If you can improve quality of the towels. It cant absorb water after shower. also towels smells’of cockroaches

The apartment was spacious with aircon in both bedrooms. There was a fridge and a TV which we never used. It was close to town and the River Walk opened while we were there so it was easy to walk down the river to hail tricycles. Fritz met us at the airport and helped us arrange a trip to Apo Island. Not luxurious but good value for money and convenient.

There are too many gaps in Windows in the bathroom and in the air vent in the living room so there are mosquitos. We did get bitten. There is a very random selection of equipment in the kitchen but we never cooked. Some glasses would be nice.

I like the fact that the host communicated efficiently prior to arrival as there is a construction of the bridge to the original way accessing the property so it was hassle free for us although we need to drive to a narrow path. It was very informational and helpful.

The construction of the bridge nearby causing us to travel off route to reach to the destination. This issue was informed by the host prior so we are aware.
