I like the scriptures and designs inside the house and rent wise was good to stay

I don't like the road going inside, you need to bring lotions for mosquitoes . The rest was good place

It's great value for money, and it's a really big unit. The air conditioners in each room were heaven-sent. It's easily accessible. Plus, we had a good view of the stream in front of the accommodation.

It would be nice to be provided a hand wash soap/liquid soap at the bathroom sink, and clean the bathroom a bit more. But the hot shower was working. So all is fine.

Location

Right of way, not properly cleaned

I really enjoyed my stay at Annabelle Apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But, the location was not so convenient — not really close to everything I needed. The staff (or host) was not very friendly but I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall cozy vibe. Thank you so much, and I hope to come back again soon.

One thing I felt could be improved at Annabelle Residence is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I didn’t feel fully accommodated during my stay, and I think a warmer approach would make the experience even better for future guests.

Near to city proper and market

No guide bar inside the comfort room, also they have small toilet bowl which is not comfortable for elderly with pwd.

Place was nice and good value for money

Had no water or power for the majority of the morning. But I think it was power issues which I realise can be normal for parts of the Philippines.
