"Exceptional"

Very central and nice area with a lot of bars and restaurants and very close to tourist attractions. Had basically all the things you needed for a weeks stay, sheets, towels, washing machine, dishwasher etc. TV and WiFi worked wonderfully. Loved it!

Only two rolls of toilet paper for a full weeks stay so we had to buy our own. The washing machine was partially broken, but if you pressed the on button in specific ways it stayed on.

"We can't stay again because of the steep stairs."

nice location, big rooms, big kitchen and good kitchen tools.

We felt like almost dying when we check in and out with our big baggage because we must go up and down very bad steep spiral staircase to the 4th floor. And the front door was very heavy and too tight. difficult shower.

"Perfect place to crash after walking the streets of Edinburgh all day."

This property was so close to everything on the royal mile! Also being so close to everything we worried it would be loud, but it was cozy and quiet. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people with clean bathroom and kitchen.

As other comments mention, it’s on the fourth floor so prepare for stairs. It’s really not the worst thing, just something to be aware of! The bed did not feel super sturdy and was not very comfortable.

The location. The living room was nice, with a comfortable sofa. The bedroom was also nice.

The sink in the toilet was clogged. Water pressure in shower a bit low. The main door gets stuck everytime you open it, which is terrible when your bringing baggage and throwing out the trash.

"Superb"

The location was excellent, right on the Royal Mile. Very clean and comfortable flat. Everything we needed was provided. Very easy access to and from Edinburgh Waverley station and bus services

The flat was on the third floor with no elevator, only a spiral staircase which made it extremely difficult to access with suitcases. The lockboxes were difficult to open for ladies with longer nails.
