"Perfect location to enjoy the Royal Mile and very comfortable and spacious room"

Fantastic location right on the Royal Mile to enjoy the historic area, shops, festivals, and all the shows! Very comfortable bed. Spacious rooms, great kitchenette and laundry. Very clean and easy to access. Hosts were easy to contact.

"Mice in room, dirty, dusty"

Not much

Place was dusty and dirty dirty. I was ill with the amount of dust in the aprtment. My mother who is 65 ended up cleaning the apartment. Not surprised there was a mouse sharing the apartment with us. There were empty food conainers from previous tenants on the floor The location in the city would be good if it wasn't on the third floor of a very dirty and dingy stairwell.

Snug apartment with essentials provided. Location is in the midst of bars and clubs, restaurants, so very convenient to walk around.

The steep narrow flight of stairs to the apartment!! 3-4 long flight of stairs! I had 3 full luggages and I was totally out of breath lugging them up and down the 3-4 long flight of stairs, one by one. The entrance to the apartment is also quite scary, looks like something out of a thriller movie.

The location is an excellent spot, literally few steps away to royal mile street.

the stairs and the entrance was kinda sketchy and looks like an abandon building with no tenants that at first I got scared to be honest but once we got inside of the unit, we love it.
