Le propriétaire est très disponible et l’appartement est très bien situé à 2 pas du centre historique

Les plombs ont sauté quand nous avons fait fonctionner les 2 radiateurs de l’appartement et le chauffage d’appoint. Peut être serait il souhaitable d’augmenter un peu la puissance électrique l’hiver
