The Westfield

A huge thank you to a lovely host. Before my trip I received a well detailed instructions which were really helpful. The flat has EVERYTHING you need, absolutely everything. Modern and well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. White bedding and the white towel was on the top. The flat is very close to the centre. So if you are looking for a cozy , nice and clean place, do not think, take the Westfield.

Great location, easy transport links in to edinburgh centre. Nice cosy little apartment but cleanliness lets it down.

Cleanliness of the apartment was not the best, very dusty in the living area, on the tv unit, base of lamps and under the coffee table, also the bathroom had not been cleaned at all, sure the cleaner had just skipped this room - quite a bit of mould in the shower, shower walls were dirty and had hair on, shower door (glass) was dirty full of shampoo and water marks, toilet was dirty and dusty, toothpaste stains in sink and on cabinet doors. Definitely wasn’t worth what we had paid. :/

The apartment was very cozy; it was very clean and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. I felt extremely safe as you needed a key to even enter the foyer to get to the apartment. I was happy because upon initial site of the street I was a bit hesitant, but the location is really good; quite a few places are within walking distance and if you want to get to the city center it's only a 15 minute taxi ride. The WiFi was really good and the host even had Netflix on the smart TV which was a VERY welcome surprise. The host was also very attentive and answered any questions that I had.

I loved everything about the apartment, except one thing. The only thing missing was a microwave. We ended up using the oven, but that caused us to use more dishes because plastic obviously doesn't always far very well in the oven. It's wasn't a huge deal, but it would've been nice.

Very helpful host, went out of his way to make sure we were fine. Great location, close to teams and bus service. Sainsbury's just around corner. 6 mins from Murrayfield.

Nothing stands out

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good located at few minutes from buses.

Clean, well equipped, owner helpful - allowed us to store bags for a few hours after checkout, easy to get to town

The entrance area for the flats is shabby and smelled of cigarettes. It’s a shame about the first impression as the flat itself is much nicer.
