Very good for people who want to be in the city, near everything.

Underground, strange noises in the apartment during the day.

The location was great. Excellent communication with our concierge, and the cleaning was very good. It's a cosy and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cleaning was excellent but mattress covers and some pillows were old and quite stained and need to be renewed. A bit of upkeep would help ie the carpet in the entrance hall. And lots more hooks for coats and towels are needed.

The apartment is damp because it is very old. It smells damp.

No hot water at kitchen sink

The location was great. Easy enough to get in and out of the building- a few codes but means its perhaps a bit more secure. It was nice to have a kitchenette and a washing machine during our stay. We had to put down a significant damage deposit but it was all refunded within a week of leaving as promised. We had plenty of room.

Was a bit dingy looking and the WiFi reception was shocking. We were in the basement level so our mobile data reception wasn't great either. The shower didn't drain properly but to our fault, we didn't say anything during our stay so shouldn't complain too much. There was also only a roll and a half of toilet paper for 6 nights.

The location was perfect for me as it is near where my daughers lives, which is mainly why we chose the flat. I expected it to be much noisier than is was. The flat was exactly like the photos and the previous reviews helped to be prepared for the noise of the hot water heater and the bathroom tiles which were loose. It was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had all we needed. And they provided everything required to live there for 9 days (dish towels, clothes detergent, etc.)

The box that held the keys was loose. The bathroom tiles also loose.
