The broken tiles on bathroom floor dangerous Horrendous noise from shower Kitchen cupboards needs a deep clean and under the futon was very dusty - clearly not been moved to hoover under or behind Communal areas are not great carpets are a trip hazard and dirty

The location of the apartment was good for both the city centre and the car park we booked.

Once through the main front door, the hallway was dark, dingy and strong smell of urine. The apartment itself wasn't as appealing as the photographs on Booking.com. The floors hadn't been swept, there were bits all over the floor in the kitchen. Floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and not grouted, sharp edges could easily cut your feet. The sound of the pipes when the shower was switched on was horrendous. A ramp outside the lounge and bedroom window for vehicles, not those used by residents at our apartments were used constantly, very noisy throughout the early hours.
