Executive Work Space With Modern Charm

Quiet location. Very comfortable property. Was as advertised. Laundry facilities were great. From the outside it looked a bit rough but the inside was a complete contrast.

The communication wasn't great. We had to sign an agreement form the day before our arrival while on holiday without great computer facilities. If it had been sent a lot earlier it would have been a lot less stressful. Generic messages referred to a non existent dishwasher. Would have been nice to have a kettle.

Very nice garden apartment with everything you need. Within walking distance of downtown.

This is a garden apartment, which should have been mentioned prior to booking. Other than that, this is an excellent choice for those wanting a clean spacious apartment that is much more economical than the hotels in the center of Fairbanks.

The apartment was updated and filled with everything we needed. It had comfortable sleeping, relaxing, and eating areas, and a full kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were welcome after 2 weeks on the road preceding our stay in Fairbanks. The location was great too, close to everything.

The entrance gave a very bad first impression. You went down steps into a basement entrance which was full of dust and dirt, and I had to sweep it before we brought in our suitcases. The entrance wouldn't be the best for someone with mobility issues, nor would the bathroom be good for them. There were no grab bars for getting in and out of the tub, and the surface of the tub was slippery.

My stay was business related and 100% acceptable. Really, I only slept there, so little else was relevant.
