The apartment was clean and spatious, with a well equipped kitchen, but also well positioned, nearby the city center (5 min walk) and the train station (15 min walk). We were delighted with our stay here.

Very lovely place in La Spezia. It's in the middle between train station and the port. Perfectly equipped, lot of stuff for cooking, TV with streaming apps, AC in the bedroom and in the living room, central heater with control panel on the wall (warms up whole place in basically notime, really useful in cold months). Nice balcony, good communitacion on the whatsapp. Perfect place!

bed is soft and squeaky a bit - be aware if you prefer beds hard as rock

I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely apartment! It was fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and several great restaurants. As other guests have mentioned, the lack of an elevator can be a bit of a downside, especially for those with heavy luggage, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!

Very little! The flat is on the 4th floor - 70 steps - not a problem for us. There were only 2 mugs and more would be appreciated. To put rubbish in the street bins you need to use a card which is in the kitchen. We didn’t realise that and it meant a trip back up 70 steps to get it.

Casa de Colombo was perfectly located in the city of La Spezia. The appartement was clean and comfortable.

Theres no lift. But its ok.
