very well located

Fourth floor with very stiff stairs Sofa bed in the living room VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Not suitable for adults even youngsters!!!! Air conditioning in the living room leaking all over, Obviously an old problem ( wall underneath rotten) not properly repaired. But you still pay full price for poor equipment!
