"Nice house in the heart of a lovely village and fabulous countryside"

It had everything needed and was very roomy. It seemed recently updated and was very clean

We didn’t like being told to strip the bed and put dirty laundry into baskets

We knew the area well ..the cottage was exactly what we needed..lovely modern accommodation..well equipped..not the best views..but looking at booking the lodge next time.. hopefully to accommodate a bigger family group..where more garden space would be a bonus. It was indeed a pleasant surprise to walk in to a fresh clean smelling modern cottage..and finding everything we needed for a thoroughly pleasant family break away..

Location ideal for the places we wanted to visit

Very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in the cottage. We don't think there was any cleaning done before we checked in. Too many issues to mention. What could have been exceptional was let down greatly.

"Great place to stay"

Cottage was comfortable with plenty of room. Great places to eat a short walk away. Recommend Black Cat café, Coach House and Black Bull pubs. Good Central location.

"Lovely"

The cottage was very clean and tidy, It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cottage even had information about places nearby you could visit and places you could go for a meal out. The location is quiet and very friendly, the train station and shops are very close by. Would recommend and would definitely come back
