The place was a dump I will never use booking.com again your standards are shocking wanted to cancel the same day owner said I must enjoy my stay going to put it on social media

I was forced to stay in place for 3days and I could not get my money back hope booking.com will up there standards

When I went to collect the keys at the reception I was told that there was no booking made in my name. The booking reference number from Booking.com did also not reflect my booking. Only when they searched under Kaliva 312 did the booking come up. Was worried there for a moment. Also if when collecting keys a load shedding schedule could be given to the guests.
