Reception was friendly and welcoming

The floors were not mopped/clean when we arrived it during the stay, there were old cigarette butts hidden under the basin in the 2 bed bedroom and old soaps. It took us a few days to find out where the smell was coming from.

There is so much to do. All the restaurants The casino You don't have to leave the facility at all

Upon arrival 2 of us got locked into a room. the keys weren't working properly so we couldn't unlock the room. management eventually assisted 2 hrs later to free us. The other doors keys weren't working either . this was fixed on day 3 only. We had to request that the kettle be replaced as the one wasn't working and rusted inside. The one bedroom lamps wasn't working either, forcing us to leave the door open in the evening for light. The supplied Load shedding light wasn't working either. The provided ironing board was not functional too. When we complained to reception about all these problems we were advised that it is a private unit and that the owners had to tend to these problem matters. I'm sure there must be some sort of standard/ compliance the resort should insist on from private owners.
