AMAZING 2BR 2BA NEWLY RENO BEACHFRONT APT W/BEACH VIEW

newly renovated apt, very friendly host, access to beach and pool

The comfort and convenience of the two bedroom condo to the beach and surrounding area.

Kitchen could use more useable items for cooking. The Hallway upon first view was a little disappointing as was the front door to the Condo itself.

Updated condo.

No garbage disposal. Would have preferred a traditional coffee maker. There were no washcloths.

The location was perfect. The place was beautiful. Eli was amazing!!

The pool was closed when we first got here - not the owner's fault - and honestly, not that big of a deal either as we were right on the beach!! Plus the weather was not on our side either so really made no difference.

Beautiful condo with minor imperfections. ( looked like they rushed the renovation) Love the style though. Water pressure was great. Some staff were very friendly. One of the Vallet personal was so awesome. He answered alot of our questions and was friendly and professional. Pool was nice. Like the seating areas. Ocean view was priceless.

My car got damaged. Ding on door and front bumper got small Crack. This happened at some point in the condo parking lot. Vallet took pictures. Vallet is not 24 hrs , so we did not get to leave at 5am as planned. We had to wait to get our car key. Not easy to have direct access to your vehicle when you need to load or unload. Front desk staff didn't seem to know much information like where is the gym or the laundry room. They are not equipped to be a pet friendly facility. There should be an area for pets to use the bathroom and run a bit. That would be nice. Also pets not being able to walk through the lobby is dumb. Using the service entrance and smelling dirty garbage each time you enter and exit isn't fair to the pet and the owner. Hallway definitely needs updating. Pool needs a good cleaning on the bottom. Algae was noticeable.

Eli made sure to meet us as soon as we arrived. Even helped us with our luggage himself! Took the time to explain and walk us through everything we needed to know even helped provide us with parking! Very helpful and professional. The apartment was perfect! Newly remodeled, clean, on the 14th floor with the perfect view of the ocean. We felt at home the entire time. Next time we're in the area, we'll be staying here again 100%

Only thing I'd say is the apartment was a long walk from the elevator, which for me was a bit much but that was completely out of his control. Everything else was exceptional.
