AMAZING 2BR 2BA NEWLY RENO BEACHFRONT APT W/BEACH VIEW

The apartment was beautiful. It was very clean, welcoming and tastefully decorated. The location was very convenient as well.

I booked this apartment with the understanding that an outdoor pool was available. I could have booked elsewhere but wanted my family to enjoy some outdoor swimming. The property had listed this feature and I was disappointed to find it was under construction.

The building was very dated. The balcony overlooked an alley and the view of the dumpster of the other building.There was major construction being done to the pool, and we were not informed. We didn't have enough towels. 2 washcloths for 4 people.

The room was very lovely, nice and updated with alot of things to offer. Alot of kitchen and room amenities were available. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly. There is vending downstairs that we enjoyed using. We arrived late at night and host called even late at night, and the doorman at night was super nice and helpful.

This location is inside a apartment complex that are owned by individuals. This is not a hotel, to many people this is a vacation residence or are a retired couple's apartment/condo. The accommodations were not very detailed before I booked this. The pool is completely gutted and we werent informed (which was honestly what sold me to this property), parking is across the street (per self parking or valet), there is no breakfast or food accommodations within the building and not many nearby within walking distance. You have to use a fob that is in the room to get in and out of the complex or pool area which is fine but I feel there needs to be a detail sheet left in the room for these details as we do not know this area and we had to ask how things worked. The A/C also went out on the 3rd day and was very humid and stuffy but it seemed the complex didnt let anyone know and didnt have it fixed within the 30 hrs we had left staying there. Felt we were very out of place to the residential people. I definitely felt we should of stayed farther north on the beach where there was more tourist feel.
