AMAZING 2BR 2BA NEWLY RENO BEACHFRONT APT W/BEACH VIEW

Location of the building was great

a bit noisy because of construction going on in the building but it didnt affect us very much

the host was very helpful and provided a smooth check in process. There is parking available, plenty of space to relax in the apartment and beach access is super easy with beach chairs and umbrella also provided.

The apartment was very well designed and beautiful. The location is great, the beach was amazing.

There are renovations happening in the building, and because of that the balcony was shut down, no view whatsoever. There is a glass window between the rooms, so any lights from one room goes into the other

The condo itself was clean enough and was renovated, but the renovations were not done well. There are drawers full of renovation junk and the flooring by the sink is cracked from a hole under the flooring.

The pool and main building areas are undergoing renovations so there was no use of the pool area and the place looks extremely run down. This was information we were not informed of despite asking numerous times if there was anything we needed to know. The condo is not at all sound proof and you hear trucks banging loudly outside. The 'main' bathroom is basically a closet with very little room and the large bathroom is the ensuite. The message I received from Eli when I booked was that I'd receive check in information 48 hrs before arrival which did not happen. The night before check in I had to text him multiple times to get any information which was incomplete. When I asked questions prior to arrival, they were not answered until hours later after we'd already checked in and figured things out for ourselves. The condo was WAY overpriced for what we received. We want our money back! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

Very nice apartment, modern, confortable. Pictures give a good idea. The beach is just there.

When we was there, the swimming pool was closed. And a part of the building was undergoing renovation, so there was a wood panel in front of the window.

Unit was fully renovated and clean with updated TV's, Kitchen, Bedrooms and Bathroom facilities. Beach Chair passes and Parking passes came with unit. That is the most you can say. Balcony faces back side of Convention center next door.

Host did not disclose that the Pool and Patio were under a full renovation at time of booking 5 months prior to arrival. Pool not expected to be open until February 2024 earliest. Nor can you get pool passes to Sister Property across street

Location and clean apartment

We had a boarded up balcony, no pool, and no view. Very disappointing to our family and false advertising. We want our money back! Besides the big problems, the door is so hard to open from the inside that it's dangerous and there are irritating problems with the bathroom door and bedroom fan/light. We found out that the balcony was under construction on our way to Miami and we first discovered there was no available pool from another renter dealing with the same manager. We wondered why we couldn't get information when we were preparing for the trip. This apartment is not ready to be rented and the manager knew that all along. Please advise about a prompt refund.

The host was unresponsive. I was disappointed by the lack of service. From not providing timely checkin information as promised, to not having the keypad work upon arrival, to not responding to my calls or texts - it put a damper on the start of the trip.

The apartment it self was nice

The hall was dirty, the front desk staff was horrible, the pool it’s not functioning, the vending machine took my money

The condo was clean and beautiful. Great beach location.

The pool was closed and under construction. There were jackhammers and drills operating all day and the noise was annoying and loud. The pool area was closed without notice when we booked and we wanted a pool also. The hallways need paint and updating.
