AMAZING 2BR 2BA NEWLY RENO BEACHFRONT APT W/BEACH VIEW

Everything was clean and organized, there was plenty of space to enjoy family time and had a great view to the beach from the balcony, the kitchen was amazing and pretty much had all the tools needed to make a homemade meal. It also has great walking distance to the beach from the pool area.

The pool was closed down on our second day and we were not able to enjoy it. There is no ramp to access the beach only stairs, something to take into consideration if you need handicap access or if you’re traveling with small children and need to carry multiple things to the beach.

Host very unresponsive. One key fob. View is of tops of other buildings. Wall is paper thin between the two bedrooms with windows at the top. This means no privacy/noise is an issue if one bedroom has tv on as the light shines through. Mentioned the floor was dirty and we requested sheets for couch - host ignored both requests. Loud construction by pool - umbrellas unavailable as they’re used as construction barricades. We left a day early. Host was supposed to discount our stay due to all the issues but is again unresponsive.

the beach

the place was a dump. we had NO View and the amenities were so outdated. The balcony was blocked off and under construction. We couldnt even have a conversation due to the extremely loud jackhammer. The workout equipment was falling apart and there were leaks in the gym and holes all over the ceiling. The microwave was not working at all and there was no blender and the Coffee machine was not working.

Ocean view

Dirty, Dust, sticky floors, hairy mattress and stained pillows. The refrigerator is dirty inside. I like cleanliness . I was there with the children. Why pay for cleaning?

The location was great, a little hectic in the area. The biggest issue was the parking pass which Eli handled.

The issue now is getting a paid invoice to send to booking.com. The second bathroom was a closet, very tight.

Location was nice. I liked that towels and beach chairs were provided. Pool was good.

Was not exactly how it appears in the photos. Things have been changed since. Appliances didn’t work. No instructions on how to do the laundry. Things were shoved in corners and not cleaned up properly before us. Beds and couches were not comfortable. A piece of cardboard was separating the rooms.
