This is a converted shed with a metal garage door that you can’t lock. IT IS NOT AN ADORABLE PRIVATE APARTMENT!!!!!!

The picture shown on the original booking page (now removed) showed a lovely old property which gave us the impression that it was a private apartment in that building. The place is a converted shed/container at the bottom of a semi-detached house garden. The host was friendly enough but the place is mis-sold. It is NOT an adorable private apartment, it has a metal garage door for the entrance which you can't lock, (the door on the left is not part of it) a small curtain that separates the bathroom/toilet which was embarrassing for my partner to use as there is no privacy. The hosts were working in the back garden until late at night which made us feel very uncomfortable. We had booked two nights but left after only one. The place is very small and claustrophobic, just one part with a bed and then the toilet with a shower curtain. This may be a place that a youngster could happily stay in, but for us it was a bad experience.

Very friendly and helpful host, even let us check in early. The facilities were brilliant and the location was in walking distance from Victoria Park which was ideal for the Fake Festival event we were going to.

We loved the place, the only thing we could have done with as it was a very warm night was a fan.

I liked the way we were greeted. The room is comfortable enough.

The floor in the room was very dirty, I had to wash the kettle to use it and the floor in the bathroom had something slippery on it

The host was friendly, easy to contact and made the process very straight forward. The place was also clean and tidy.

The was no door for the bathroom/toilet which is fine for a solo traveller but something to be mindful of for couples.
