Adorable private suite with free street parking

Everything was exactly as it was stated. Nice touch with the teas, water and coke. Every instructions and rules are written on walls. Usb sockets are great.

The bathroom would be nice with a door as the curtain is not private enough. But if you are a solo guest should not be a problem.

Comfortable bed, good shower, tea and coffee facilities, very good value for money and good location for restaurants etc. Very easy to get bus into centre of Leicester. The hosts were delightful and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Ideal for budget overnight stay. Would definitely return

The garden room wasn’t quite how I imagined it with its corrugated front door and I thought we had made a mistake. But we grew to appreciate the effort the hosts had made to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of plug sockets including USB ports and, oh joy, at last someone has realised that some of us need a socket by the mirror so we can blow dry our hair!

Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in this little pad.

The curtain to the toilet took a bit of getting used to.

Location was good, plenty of restaurants nearby and bus stop connecting to main city center. There's also a separate entrance so owners are not bothered.

Overall the shed was quite clean, including the shower cabinet. Though I felt the bed and duvet cover weren't freshly washed as they had an unpleasant smell.

The property was clean and tidy and the bed was lovely and comfortable! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly to deal with! I would definitely recommend this property and I will happily stay there again!
